Join other expecting mothers as you explore movement and breathing techniques to aid the physical body throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participating in a routine prenatal yoga practice can help alleviate many of the common complaints that occur during pregnancy such as heartburn, swelling, back pain and sciatica as well as promote relaxation and rest for the mind and body. Each class will end with a cool down and relaxation to bring about a state of self-awareness and inner calm.
No previous yoga experience is needed, all fitness levels and trimesters are welcome. It is never too late to start a yoga practice.
